Sugar-Free Cookie Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • 1–2 tbsp heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: natural food coloring

Instructions

  1. Place powdered sweetener in a bowl.

  2. Add liquid 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until smooth.

  3. Stir in vanilla and coloring if desired.

  4. Adjust thickness:

    • Thicker = piping outlines

    • Thinner = flooding cookies

  • Sift sweetener if clumpy.

  • Icing will firm as it dries—work promptly.
