Sugar-Free Cookie Icing
Ingredients
1 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1–2 tbsp heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: natural food coloring
Instructions
Place powdered sweetener in a bowl.
Add liquid 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and coloring if desired.
Adjust thickness:
Thicker = piping outlines
Thinner = flooding cookies
Best Practices
Sift sweetener if clumpy.
Icing will firm as it dries—work promptly.
